Submit a Return
Have you received an order and want to return it? You have the right to submit a return within 30 days of the shipping date of your order. Registering and submitting a return can be done easily via email.
Step-by-Step Return Process
- Send us an email with the order details as stated in the order confirmation and invoice.
- You will receive the return instructions from us via email.
- Add the keychain(s) and an accompanying letter to an envelope. If the original envelope is still unopened, you can write "RETURN TO SENDER" above the address.
- The keychain(s) must be unused and undamaged, unless otherwise agreed upon with our customer service.
- The return shipping costs are always at the customer’s expense.
- Once we have received, reviewed, and approved your return, you will be refunded the purchase amount or another solution will be implemented as agreed with customer service.
Return Conditions
- The keychain(s) must be unused and undamaged and must not show any signs of use or physical changes.
- Returns are at your own expense. Unstamped return shipments will not be accepted; the costs for these will be borne by the sender.
- The purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the return via bank or giro transfer.
- If an order has not been delivered to the buyer within 30 days after placement, the buyer has the right to cancel the order, unless alternative delivery times have been agreed upon.

The return shipping costs are always at the customer’s expense.
What happens if my order is returned by the carrier?
If an order is returned by the carrier and arrives at our warehouse, it will be immediately inspected for the condition of the keychain(s). The purchase amount will then be refunded automatically. The refund will be processed within 10 business days. You can place the order again if desired.
If you accidentally entered an incorrect address and the order is still delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for refunding the purchase amount or re-delivering the package.
Since the keychains are shipped via regular mail, no tracking code will be available. Therefore, it is not possible to track the status of your order.
